Hillary's support of fracking is going to be a problem in New York and here is why

The most important part of this is if you examine Chapter 6: Potential Environment Impacts (Part A, B, & C).

The most important part of Chapter 6: Part A is 6.13 on Seismicity. given what the updated map of seismicity released by USGS recently.

Lets just say that home insurance rates near Oklahoma are not looking good right now for homeowners....

Moving onto the rest of Chapter 6. There is significant importance and emphasis on water quality (6.1-6.4.4) and air quality (6.5 - 6.5.5) impacts. Part A also examines economic (positive and negative), visual, transportation, and noise impact. There is also a discussion on more complicated subject matter of naturally occurring radioactive material (6.7) and Greenhouse gas emissions (6.6)

I must point out that New York has world class high quality drinking water that is fit for human consumption that requires little treatment. That should be a big clue as to why this was a big part of Chapter 6.

TTIP energy chapter will preempt local laws completely. people will have to live with the higher gas prices and if you're right, insurance.

They want to export it until its gone, prices are lot higher elsewhere.

Also there is a way to leverage support for keeping water quality high enough or use for human consumption by pitting one capitalist (eg Nestle CEO ) versus those capitalists that support Fracking. Which would result in stalemate or even victory in favor of Nestle.
