Maybe Romney will do something stupid like when Gerald Ford "liberated" Eastern Europe by unilateral fiat during his debate with Jimmy Carter.

huge (which is not going to happen), the race is baked in. Numbers won't shift over foreign policy. The most this debate can do along w/ Obama on Leno is enforce Obama's likeability vs Rombot. This is important for the remaining undecided idiots and potentially other borderline voters, so in that sense any national face time is good for Obama.

Romney took the first debate, then they did nothing but talk about it for two weeks hardening opinions and that had more to do with Romney's 'surge' than anything he did in the first debate.
