She's a victim once again.
Two different Hillary spokesmen on TV today said Bernie is running an increasingly negative campaign. This is their justification for wavering on her accepting a debate in NY.
Bernie voted against the Brady Bill five times. Hillary accepts money from Wall Street. Both are accurate statements as presented. So how is Bernie being increasingly negative when Hillary's supporters are planting crap like racism, misogyny, and today's latest crap about Bernie being rude to his own wife. This whole victimization shit is just so far out of hand and dishonest, it is sickening.

If you want to be upset at someone for that, be upset at Bernie, after all, he was the one who did the snapping. Blaming it on Clinton or her supporters is silly.

67. There are no real scandals about Bernie, so they try anything. It's a sign of desperation and
must be tolerated.
They were all set to smear Trump, who has actual dirt to use, now they have to revert back to Bernie. "A bird is considered a bad omen in some cultures" and "Bernie wasn't in the protests in Chicago" and now "Bernie is rude to Jane!" Where are the attacks on policy. Where are Hillary's plans for these same issues? She has very specific plans for a few issues she thought would give her more support, but next to nothing on everything else. |

66. you know what? It looked rude to me, too
I admit it. And as you said, I think it really is a YMMV thing. Little things like "please" and "thank you" matter a lot to me; quite possibly they're not that important to all other people, especially (I may be making assumptions) to people who come from the East Coast. Or to people who are about to make a speech and are trying to keep interpersonal conversations brief.
I'm not excusing it. But it's not as though he had an affair or anything like that, which really would have been rude. (By bringing this up I'm referring only to the poor decision-making skills of whoever decided this was something the Hillary campaign wanted to put out there, not to the obvious difference between cheating and being cheated on.) And since you watched it, you know, as some people do not, that he didn't say "Don't stand next to me"; he just said "Don't stand there," which isn't that big a deal. |

49. Golgatha called. They want their crucifix back.
If she doesn't want to be seen as weak because she's a woman, then it's time she and her supporters quit playing the martyr - oh, oh, they're so mean to me card.
God forbid anyone refer to Hillary's delivery as occasionally shrill - that's misogynistic, we are told. But now they can whine they don't like Bernie's "tone"? |

56. Both sides are doing it ...
... and it's too bad, but it's politics. That said, I think in fairness to Hillary, her supporters have heard the attacks for so long from the right, they find it more disconcerting when it comes from the left. It feels more bullying, but that's not really Bernie's fault.
As Winston Churchill said, "Democracy is the worst form of government except all others that have been tried." |

70. She never stops playing the gender card where it doesn't belong.
Her stance of "vote for me because I'm a woman" was as offensive to women's rights as it could get. A man better not be saying vote for me because I'm a man. Why would she think it works for a woman? I'm a feminist and I was offended. It didn't help the equality cause. Did she vote for Sarah Palin because she is a woman? With her logic, she better have or she's a hypocrite. I was taught in feminism not to vote for someone because of their body parts. She is an embarrassment to women on this.
Her stance that people are picking on her to show the transcripts because she's a woman was also offensive. As if she has immunity because she is a woman. She said I'll show them when they guys show them theirs. Bernie said, here they are, and he had none since he didn't do those speeches. She still didn't show them so apparently she lied. She continued to say it was sexist to even asking her. ![]() Her current stance of speak to me in a different tone if you want a debate is clearly again the sexism card where it doesn't belong. What if Bernie had said it? Right, it's doesn't work anymore for Hillary. I suspect she will again yell sexism and act like his tone is too hard for her. GET OUT OF POLITICS IF YOU CAN'T COMPETE EQUALLY HILLARY! Obviously she is NOT qualified to be pres. Every world leader questioning her will have her playing the gender card and crying sexism. And can you see THAT up against Trump? Trump is an embarrassment to Americans. Hillary is an embarrassment to women. I'm embarrassed by her chronic mis-use of the gender card. When it does exist it's going to be worthless after that woman showed America she is willing to play it everytime it's convenient for her to not so much as answer a question. |
