if one is superstitious. I looked this up when a sparrow unexpectedly flew through our front door and into my husband's office. We got the little guy out, thank goodness, before he panicked and hurt himself.

Edit: I, as I do with all our yard critters, quietly talked with him as my husband opened the window, and out he flew.
