REASON FOR ALERT
This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.
ALERTER'S COMMENTS
Declares he will not support the nominee if it is Clinton
You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Mon Mar 21, 2016, 04:48 PM, and the Jury voted 2-5 to LEAVE IT.
Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #2 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Post these sentiments elsewhere. Not permissible on DU. This is a Democratic site.
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Six months ago, I would have hid it, but this is an accurate reflection of where things are right now. Will the Philosopher actually write in Sanders in GE? Maybe so, maybe not. I think saying so, however, should not be grounds for banning. It's a thought-crime.
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I don't get the alert. The poster was just saying what they plan to do. I don't get why that's an alert!
Juror #5 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: If and when HRC is the nominee, there might be something to alert on.

(11,014 posts)are "pretend democrats."
I am for Hillary but would have gladly voted for Bernie if he had been the nominee because I know the dangers posed by the GOP and my ego would not have been hurt if Bernie had won.

(2,052 posts)There is nothing pretend about my belief in a liberal (dare I say Democratic Socialist) agenda, which used to align with traditional Democratic values. I have never been and Independent and I have never been a Republican. I am not a pretend Democrat.
The pretend Democrats are the ones that run closer to the middle and compromise their party's ideals to gain perceived "crossover appeal".
I am a Democrat who does not support Hillary Clinton. And I am not pretending.

(68,868 posts)Bernie Sanders is smart enough and principled enough to understand that the Democratic nominee must defeat Trump.
SheenaR
(2,052 posts)Just because we don't vote for Hillary, it does not mean we are voting for Trump. If he happens to win, it will not be because Sanders supporters didn't get behind Hillary. We have already been told by many on here we are not needed in order to win.

His "In The Tank Fer The Bern" perspective and his Judy Tenuta "It Could Happen" Hail Marys have destroyed his credibility, permanently.

(135,425 posts)He's just falling back to the latest directive in his decision-planning matrix.
If Clinton wins nomination, Then tout Sanders as a write - in to depress Democratic vote.
If Sanders endorses/campaigns for Clinton, then Mister Goody Two Shoes will have to find another way to try to rip her to shreds, like, say, telling people to head towards Jill Stein, or something.
