No one is going to drop out in the primaries, so folks need to deal with it and chill

However, after the April 26th primaries it will be either pretty clear who the nominee will be, and if not then it will go all the way to the convention

So what if Bernie stays in until the convention? That isn't going to change the fact that he doesn't have enough delegates to win the nomination.

Hillary is leading in votes and delegates. Super delegates are not going to flip to Bernie.

The last I heard Bernie thinks he will get delegates to switch to him. He said that on Maddow.

Tomorrow he will win ID and UT and still fall further behind because he will lose AZ by a larger percentage and break even on those he wins.

if Bernie has a chance. The flipping of delegates isn't going to happen. The super delegates will go with whoever has the most pledged delegates, and if anyone tried to flip pledged delegates, not only will they disenfranchise votes in the states where they won those delegates, but the majority of Democrats would revolt against any campaign that tried to do that

He cannot win enough delegates in the remaining states to even catch up. He needs 65% of delegates in the remaining states. He will not do that tomorrow so the percentage he needs grows higher.

It is just plain math. Everyone knows that even Bernie. He isn't going to say it but it is just plain math.

Hillary will have the requisite 2382 delegates including Super Delegates, s she will be the nominee at that point.

Now it is almost entirely score-settlin', "neener neener" crap, folks thinking they are being clever by trying to set people off through insulting them, etc.

I think the impetus behind "bernie drop out now" is more from Hillary people who just want to be able to demand bans of sanders supporters not fully on board, than it is from concern with what is best for our party, our country, and our political conversation.

I agree with the premises in your OP.
