With election day just 19 days away, it’s important that LGBT and pro-equality Floridians know about the constitution amendments on the ballot that will impact our lives.
These amendments have potentially harmful impact on our lives as LGBT people. Please read more about these amendments and VOTE NO.
NO on Amendment 5: This amendment gives the legislature undue influence over the judicial branch, thus upsetting the balance of power.
NO on Amendment 6: This amendment would limit a woman's ability to make private medical decisions with her doctor and family. Sets a dangerous legal precedent by undermining the right to privacy for all Floridians.
NO on Amendment 8: This amendment would eliminate the law that prevents tax payer money from going to religious organizations including ones that discriminate against LGBT people.
