2. Some good news, Obama is still up 50% to 39% while 5% said it was a tie and 6% didn't watch.

I think that when you refreshed your browser you were looking at the results of the first debate instead of the second debate.

...the actual poll for the second one is below it.

It's still hugely misleading, as those who quickly check the results will be left with the clear impression that it was the current debate (since it doesn't say "Who won the first debate?&quot that Romney was winning by a 63-26 margin.
