What I couldn't believe Romney said

when they were talking about gun laws and he connected the troubled kids with single parents and kids need to have both parents.
I haven't heard anyone talking about this, but to me, I just couldn't believe he went there. He is going to piss off so many single parents.

I couldn't believe he said that, either. Especially since the President referred to that part of his upbringing earlier.

He insulted every single parent home in the country.

This is what he believes to his core.

7. And didn't he say something like "people should consider getting married before they have children"?

In addition to finding his tone snotty and condescending (well, his usual mien) and the statement itself vile, I just wondered about the way his mind works that he would connect people's marital status with assault weapons.

He gets more offensive every day.

I thought I was listening to Dan Quayle going off about Murphy Brown. Nice job at reaching out to undecided voters who are not part of the wing-nut base!

He mentioned the need for "a mother and a father", he was talking just like the bigoted marriage amendment assholes.

Mitt talking about a level playing field... not for women, or for immigrants, or poor kids wanting a college education... but businesses and China.

Mr. Effing Outsource It... Mr. Silverspoon... Mr RichTaxCut... talking about a "level playing field"?

Get out of town.
