Anyone else feel "Presumptive Nominee" is an oxymoron?

The term seems incompatible my notion of a democratic election.

I suppose I never gave it much thought before. But this contest, where it seems we're not only fighting the republicans but also finally acknowledging and challenging the corruption in our own party, has brought a lot into focus.
