Paranoid about the supreme court deciding 2012 election

I know I am paranoid, but is there even a remote chance that the appeal that the Ohio attorney general is taking to the supreme court can result in any of the early votes in Ohio being thrown out? If so, does the Ohio attorney general get to identify or count early votes in question?

I think the only thing they could do is stop early voting. Hopefully that won't happen.

But I have respect for Mercury Retrograde because invariably during this period I have computer problems, car problems, plumbing problems, etc. Mercury is due to go retrograde on election day. So...if the machines get skewed by planetary movement...I hope they get skewed in our favor.
