Bernie Is - FAR - More Electable - Deal With It

Been saying it for some time. The polls confirm what my friends tell me. Bernie slaughters all leading Republicans in the polls, and Hillary loses to 2 out of 3.

Bernie is more, far more electable.

Deal With It.

This won't be pretty.

Hillary could have played it safe.

Kept her hand out of the cookie jar.

She didn't.

Now we all will have to pay.

I've been told for a couple of decades that my primary vote should be based on who is more "electable" in November, so I should shut up, get in line, and vote for the candidate who didn't represent me on the issues because that candidate could win, and my candidate couldn't.

Finally, the candidate who has the best record and positions on issues is also the most electable.

And the same people who told me that issues and record doesn't matter, but electability does, are fighting like hell to deny the poll numbers and to make sure the most electable person doesn't win the nomination.

Hypocrisy reigns.

They sure know how to flip and flop and double talk.
They don't seem to care about electability now.

I should never have allowed their "electability" talking point to carry any weight, right?

Hillary is among the least Liked and least Trusted whereas
Bernie has the highest ratings.

Bernie also regularly gets 20% of the Republican vote in Vermont and Hillary won't get any, for some reason they don't seem to like her. Hmmmmm.

9. Electable is a slippery word...

...as slippery as trying to predict the political landscape of the general before the nominations and running-mate picks. I think either of our Dems would perform even better against any Republican, when one has the other's endorsement.
