Our (Canada's) current prime minister was one of the Reform Party assholes back in the 80's and 90's that never publicly embraced nor denied these racist scumbags. Here's an example where an adjective changes the situation an awful lot:

Compare A to B.

A: Bob's not coming into work today because he fell on the ice and was injured.

One would assume that there would be a different reaction from the audience based on the inclusion of that one word.
