Brand spanking new Michigan poll 56% -36%







Fifty-six percent of likely DEM primary voters say the will vote
for Hillary Clinton while Sanders gets thirty-six percent according to the latest statewide poll
conducted by Marketing Resource Group (MRG).
“Trump and Clinton are poised for victory in their respective primaries”, said Dave Doyle,
executive vice president of MRG. Doyle served two terms as MI GOP State Chairman from 1991
to 1995.

4. 130 pledged delegates at stake

I think it's useful to mention the number of delegates at stake when we post anything about state contests. Some states have only 16 pledged delegates, some have more than 200. We have to remember as well that while delegate allotment is proportional, it does not mean that someone winning 56% of the votes gets 56% of the delegates. It goes district by district: winning more delegate-rich districts accrues more than winning small-delegate districts.
