Bernie is the most trusted candidate. Period. Hillary is trusted LESS than all of the Republicans.

(25,816 posts)It's true that she has been scrutinized throughout her public life, and there is much info about her.
No way to dodge stuff. Let's see, Bernie's history includes an arrest, a kibbutz, and what?
A d- rating from the NRA? His honesty comes across when he speaks, just as HRC's dishonesty
does when she speaks. I truly believe Bernie can win this--the energy is sizzlin'. If HRC manages
to pull out the nomination, I fear for our country, even if she wins.

(33,688 posts)ties to the billionaire class and outright corruption are all there, shining and stinking like a mackerel in the moonlight for all who care to see.

(30,099 posts)how they can manage this..it is not going to be easy. I suppose if its Cruz
she will be fine, but I'm not sure she can take Trump. A month ago I was
not worried about that.

(30,099 posts)He says GW Bush is a liar, impeachment, NO WMD, goes after Pope man..nothing negative
happens. Maybe the GOP establishment has a nuclear option hidden away for him, I don't know. lol
Maybe he will go Third Party if they take it from him, but that has to scare them even more.

(17,064 posts)And I don't think a POTUS candidate has ever been elected with numbers as bad as hers. And they'll probably only get worse.
Jefferson23
(30,099 posts)She can win against him, he is truly nuts..the others I'm not sure how
she'll do. So far Obama, GW Bush and now the Pope guy haven't put
a dent into Trumps run as leader of the pack. This election is truly wild.

But at least she won SOME poll. Yay for her, I guess.

(25,816 posts)Her problems are from her own record. It's long, and much, but not all, of it is available to anyone who looks.
If she becomes the nominee, this country is in for a helluva ride.
Look upthread and defend her positions on the issues.

(25,816 posts)Unlike the voter polls in the primaries.
Dragonfli
(10,622 posts)I just hope she is unable to purchase the primary as I DO NOT WANT A REPUBLICAN President.
Especially with a congress swollen with new and more Republicans because of the negative coattails of her being so hated generationaly by so many Republicans they will come out in droves, while her Third way, lets get into war stances combined with her compulsive lying, pandering and changing of positions on a daily basis will not bring out many new, young, or seldom involved voters; only the nose holders like us will show up to help the ticket and we are in the minority now that Independents are the majority (whom will either stay home or vote Republican rather than someone they don't like OR trust).
She is the perfect storm to set us back to the 1890's.
Hopefully Bernie will represent us instead with his long coattails and all the new, young, and even and independent voters he brings with him, it could mean progress finally! Rather than oh my Goddess we are fucked.
