Until recently, I thought red baiting was a rethug pastime

What a disappointment to find out it's a bipartisan activity.

The Clinton and Cintpn inspired red baiting of Bernie Sanders is ridiculous. And I'm not referring to the reasonable claim that if he's the nominee, the repukes will go after him that way.

There sure are a lot of socially liberal, fine with war, who are economically moderate, in the dem party. And I'm not knocking that though I disagree.

But red baiting? Seriously? That's just fucked up.

and the not-so-subtle anti-Semitism is extremely troubling as well. They'll be along any minute to deny it, of course.

Did you know that Bobby Kennedy worked for Joe McCarthy in the 1950s. Did you know that Joe McCarthy was a close family friend of the Kennedy clan. Every time a real leftist posed a real challenge to the establishment that runs this country they were taken down by the elite, whether Republican or Democrat.

Need more info - read about Henry Wallace. He was the sitting Vice President of the country and an honest-to-god progressive in the 1940s. When he began to talk about the needs of working families after the deprivations of the second world war, he was bounced from the national Democratic ticket for the 1948 election and replaced by a machine politician with ties to the mob named Harry Truman. If you are astounded by the way mainstream Democrats are treating Bernie Sanders, you will be outraged by the smears directed at Henry Wallace.

This shit has been going on for a long time. Let's end it this year. Feel the Bern!

that was under Democratic president Wilson. And Eric Holder classifying the Freedom Road Socialist Organization as a terrorist group - while those loonies in Oregon have been fighting against the government with very little pushback. Same old, same old.

for quite some time. And I'm not at all surprised to see it coming out of the Clinton camp.
