I got invited twice to the invite only Hillary sites. Now I've said

before that is against DU rules and what if it is GOP trolls doing the inviting? And trying to corral staunch and open Hillary supporters away from sites that advertise or are otherwise open to the public? Which would lower the number of Hillary supporters on sites such as the DU at any one time. Which would make her look less popular to the Democratic curious on the internet. Which would help the GOP who don't want to face Hillary in the presidential election. That's right I said corral.If so I wonder where they got the idea to do that? Infectious disease protocols? The Holocaust?

reason Hillary supporters have left DU.

I can give you some reasons why Hillary supporters have left in droves.

First, there is no discussion to be had here. Only a weirdly skewed world view that bears no resemblance to the reality one learns about when one pokes one's head out like a little curious prairie dog.

Second, the absolutely colossal and moronic hyperbole - like threads comparing political sites that support the front running Democratic candidate to the holocaust (Jesus fucking Christ, you actually did that) - make it clear that some of the contributors to this site don't have a grip on reality. That's another reason why Hillary supporters are leaving in droves.

ETA: Third: see the hide Bains got in this thread for no particular reason. Nothing can be said to contradict Bernie or a Bernie supporter without getting a hide. So it's pretty silly to bother, and that kind of "editing" makes the site too one-side and not worth the time.

don't feel comfortable. I guess you are saying there are trolls on the Hillary side too. I just think they may be linked. And Hitler comparisons are the most common insult on the interwebs.

That comment had zero political content and was nothing but an insult to a poster for no reason at all. Very justified hide. She did not contradict the person, just just insulted them. That is not the same thing. Bernie not mentioned in either her post nor the one she was attacking.

What basis do you use to claim that was not a good hide? It's right there to see. It's mean. It's personal and that's all it is. Now make your case.
