She was up here being paid by two Big Banks who were major pushers of the Keystone XL just before announcing her running for president. Did she talk about our banking system? ... that's doubtful. She gave other speeches paid by Chambers of Commerce as well, all across the country where she was reported to have stressed Canada's need to be vigilant against terra. I guess she forgot Canadians died in the worst areas of Afghanistan from the beginning of it.

As I noted, no matter what she does won't satisfy you people. First of all, the transcripts probably aren't hers to release because she probably never created any and if her hosts did - and that's a big IF - the release would have to be done by them. It's been 12 hours since she was asked about them. Why do you think they should have been released by now?

Second, you know good and well that if transcripts are released and no one finds a smoking gun in them, that won't be seen as any exoneration. It will just be further "proof" of her supposed "corruption" - the absence of any incriminating information will be assumed by y'all to be the result of a coverup.

You know that. I know that. And I'm sure that she knows that.

You are assuming that she has the transcripts. But I don't know of any speaker who keeps transcripts of their speeches (prepared texts, yes, but not transcripts). Transcripts, if they are done, are done by the hosts. She probably had no idea last night if there are transcripts or who has them, so she would have been insane to say, "Sure, I'll release them," since they probably aren't in her possession and aren't hers to release.

But, of course, none of that will matter since the very fact that someone said, "release the transcripts" will now lead to months of "WHY HASN'T SHE RELEASED THE TRANSCRIPTS?! IT'S BEEN 24 WHOLE HOURS SINCE IT FIRST CAME UP. WHAT'S SHE HIDING!"
