1. I watched the video and fell down the YouTube Wok rabbit hole....

I've been thinking about getting a wok but as usual I over think things. Size? smooth or bumpy like this one.. Rivet handle or welded? wood or steel handle.. Flat or round bottom?
defiantly a carbon steel wok.
I'm lucky I have a gas stove but will be moving to a place that only has electric..
Decisions, decisions decisions..........
