1. I was checked by my daughter

for saying Oriental in reference to Asians. I had no idea I was being rude. That was the reference years ago when I was a kid growing up in a totally non Asian midwest town.

But I've never even thought about asking any of those questions.

I said
My daughter was made in China and we love her!
