I always end up in tears, even though I'm not entirely sure why. To be certain, they're beautiful. Absolutely, stunningly beautiful. I feel like I can almost see the wisps of the past moving through some of the pictures (not literally; I trust you know what I mean, dear reader).

And then I choke up. Like there's something infinitely sad in old photos. Something I'll always want to see, but most will never exist again for me to see, maybe? It's about the best I can describe.
