ego went down a bit until i reread

here is what he said for anyone lazy to look it up and sees you comment...

"What is it about the teachings of Jesus Christ that scares so many people? He was the most influential teacher in the history of mankind! It matters not whether you believe in God or in any religion. This Man actually walked among us and talked only about love and understanding.

It is entirely up to you whether you believe that he is the Son of God or not! But to deny that He actually lived is the denial of history as told by many sources. Our country was founded upon the principles that he taught, and was founded to prevent a government from forcing a particular religion upon the general population as happened in England.

Now, we have allowed that freedom to be used by groups such as the Freedom from Religion Atheist to prevent any form of general religious items from being displayed even as Holiday Decorations! What is next? I suppose they will be protesting the annual Santa Claus Parades next year! Can't have all of that love and kindness going around these days."

This one is the best comment so far: I cannot see how the placing of a cross would be considered endorsing a religious viewpoint over another. And would it not be the endorsing of the Atheist viewpoint to have those crosses removed?

We have allowed a non-believing group or an individual to control the entire country! A lack of a religious symbol is the endorsing of a non-religious belief, therefore I think it is time that we sued each county, each city and especially the Federal government for not having all viewpoints represented.

He CANNOT see how placing a cross is endorsing a religious viewpoint. Me thinks he is playing stupid.
