Weather forecast for the 'Religion' group: cloudy with alert storms

I posted a NRA video denouncing the 'godless left' which I found highly entertaining:

with just the following comment:

Can't be sure, but looks like the godless are out to no good.
She concludes about a god-given right to believe. I liked it. A bit circular, but cute.

Got alerted upon.

Crickey, can't report on -imo funny- events happening in the world?

Whence the question: was the alerter really offended or settling scores?

(hoping the jury would believe -as it apparently did- that any offensive reality must be hidden?)

Amazed that the jury voted as it did, too, but I've been unpleasantly amazed by juries before.

I'd tell you where those people hang out, but they'd probably Alert on me. Hell, I'm surprised nobody Alerted on your OP.

I know this is a Safe Haven. But sometimes we seem to have more spies than Stalin.

(We always have to mention Stalin in here, since he was once the Atheist Pope. Then it was Hitchens, who isn't around any more. Current Worse-Than-Stalin Atheist Pope is Prof. Richard Dawkins, I think.)

I just answered an OP in religion which tries the following equation:

Harris = New Atheism = conservative islamophobes (= racists is implied, I suppose)

Anything to protect 'god', even when it's not your own..

11. It doesn't take much

for people to pull the trigger on you anywhere here now. I stumbled on a post pointing out that someone on another site was celebrating getting a post of another member's hidden here. One of that sites admins popped in and said that post was deleted and like posts would not be tolerated. I said "Thanks, (admin's name). That was enough to get me banned from the HRC group. I am so tired of obnoxious supporters of both candidates- so much so that I think I will just lurk down here. This is the only A&A group I belong to, so I just can't totally walk away.

PS- to bravenak and Cha- we may support different candidates, but I love you both and think this alert trolling is BS and should not be tolerated by those who can stop it.
