Monday, November 5, 2018: A reflection of the Milky Way glitters in the reflective dish of the retired Swedish-ESO Submillimeter Telescope at the La Silla Observatory in Chile's Atacama Desert. Glowing directly above the telescope in this image is the constellation Orion the Hunter, along with the bright stars Sirius, Betelgeuse and Procyon. 1. So we're on one of the spiral arms of the galaxy, far from the center?
