My local Fox affiliate is promoting the Hell out of "Cosmos."

Many afternoons I watch movies on a sub-channel that runs ThisTV (old movies). They are playing the Cosmos trailer multiple times per hour.

It's awesome. Can hardly wait. It arrives in March.

The version they play is shorter than this one, but still damned cool.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]NdGT is one of our shining lights, with wit and personality to spare -- perhaps even enough to entice the apathetic, intellectually dull and uncurious into getting excited about exploring cosmic mysteries.

My first reaction was "Yuck! Fox!" But on further reflection, I realized that by being on Fox, maybe some of the brainwashed/fundy/ignorant/science illiterates will be drawn into it and have their minds opened a crack. It's definitely worth the attempt.
