Conservatives squawk over pope’s tweet on inequality
David Gibson | Apr 29, 2014 |

Latin "iniquitas" means "violence"

Latin "inequitas" I believe means "ride"

Thus" Iniquitas radix malorum" would be "Violence is the root of evil." Might need a expert on the this.

I should have added that to best of my knowledge if the phrase was "inequality is root of evil" it would be translated as:

"Iniquus est radix malorum."
