The Winter Solstice is next Saturday

Personally, I'm looking forward to more daylight. It gets dark to early in these northern latitudes.

Will there be any special binding ceremony for this occasion?

1. It could be worse.

In Reykjavėk the sun rises at 11:23 am and sets at 3:31 pm.

2. You might do a "let the light come back to shine in all corners, crevises, reveal all that

needs to be revealed for the good of all" kind of ritual. The binding is usually done two nights before the day of the new moon.
