Related: About this forumHow many parents, of whatever persuasion, allowed this poster into their sons' rooms?
?w=700Was that a temporary lapse in the protective shield they try to build against "self-pollution," or a grateful hope that their sons would be straight, as 90% grow up to be?
I kid. I don't expect a valid response to this, but the question is still appropos.
My parents objected to me having that very poster, but I'm still queer.

If I had a picture of a mountain in my room growing up, it wouldn't mean I would turn out to be a mountain climber. I think one can admire a picture of something beautiful without having any other motive or goal attached to it. Just appreciate the beauty of the thing.

Don't really think that would have been a game-changer either.

Or so I've been told.
It is a bit of a stretch at DU though - I don't think most DU Christians are that worked up about naughty pictures.

I would agree that most DU christians don't get worked up about pictures of Farrah Fawcett, lol.
