[div class="excerpt" style="margin-left:1em; border:1px solid #bfbfbf; border-radius:0.4615em; box-shadow:3px 3px 3px #999999;"]Mary is a Missouri native who wants an abortion
but there are a couple of big obstacles in that state:
Planned Parenthood of St. Louis is currently the only abortion provider in the state. Not only does Mary live hundreds of miles away, but there is also a dehumanizing 72 hour waiting period between her initial appointment and the procedure itself. This means that Mary must either find lodging or make the trip twice. She doesnt have the means to do this.
Thats from a GoFundMe page to help cover her costs. But beyond that, The Satanic Temple, to which Mary belongs, is trying to work around the 72-hour waiting period that women are required to go through by invoking the religious freedom argument.

You know what, anything to spare this woman the indignity of seeing the displays set up by the Archidiocese of St. Louis in front of the Planned Parenthood in question, I support. Oh yes, I've seen it, its a disgusting display from scum sucking ingrates who don't know when to leave people the fuck alone. In general I think "religious freedom" laws are a bunch of bullshit, but in this case, its the fucking law requiring a 72 hour waiting period, and whatever the fuck type of regulations the state put in place to reduce the amount of abortion providers to just one, that are bullshit.

It's the same principles based mechanism that the Flying Spaghetti Monster foil is based on. To highlight a problem, and motivate the people who caused the problem to fix it themselves, when they see what the precedent they established can be used for.

The only person who should have ANY say in where and when to have an abortion, is the woman.[/font]
