3. We are in exceptional drought.

The third wildfire in our county in the last two weeks was announced on the evening news (one of three burning today in Central Texas).

Currently winds are gusting to 30 mph – but blowing away from us, thankfully. Just hope that it's brought under control swiftly and no one is injured.

Have had plenty rain around here.

Temps 91 here now, forecast hi Thursday 93, and t'storms forecast for Thurs/Sat.
