89 YJ Wrangler

Any fellow Jeepers I can get with for advice on a couple of problems?

Right now, this little Jeep tries to stall at low speed - when going around a corner. What the heck? Low fuel pressure?

I'll check into that. I have access to the Army's self serve auto shop on post, too.

Recently replaced the faulty fuel pump on the Wrangler. Got the new set of tires and smittybilt winch installed as well plus the brake job. It has been idling rough and installing, huge difference with a new pump.

It might need a new carb. Check also the vacuum lines.

Probably a good time for fuel & air filters filters as well.

Sometimes the float gets logged with fuel and doesn't open enough to allow the bowl to fill high enough to avoid having the low level in the bowl slosh to the outside of the curve you're taking.
