Warriors' Stephen Curry breaks hand; out indefinitely

Warriors star Stephen Curry broke his left hand in the third quarter against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night at the Chase Center, the Warriors confirmed.

Curry was driving to the basket when he ran into the Suns' Aron Baynes, landing hard on his left land, which Baynes then landed on top of.

Afterward, Curry was seen holding his left wrist area.

According to NBC Sports' Kerith Burke, who spoke with Warriors GM Bob Myers following the injury, "Steph Curry will have a CT scan to determine if surgery is next the next step. A cast on Steph's broken left hand could be an option too. Estimated time of recovery unknown right now."

Season was already in disarray. Now it's lost. Thinking of fans/businesses that paid big money for Chase Center seats too. Some way to open a new arena.

5. Local pundits are suggesting to commit full-out to a youth movement ...

see what they've got, give them playing time, and look forward to next year.

8. Wasn't that Mark Jackson?

Mark Jackson was the coach when Golden State lost a 7 game series to the LA Clippers and Steve Kerr took over the next season and won a championship.

3. Curry with a broken hand, out indefinitely

Thompson with a torn ACL, out for the year. Anything could happen but it doesn't look like the Warriors will compete for the championship this year. Wish them the best though.

. . .I watch basketball these days.

Still hoping for him to heal soon and be on Team USA for the 2020 Olympics.
