3. You could say the same thing about many of the current student body

compared to the football team.

We as a society need to be better at both getting minority students into college, but also graduating.

My undergrad (University of Colorado) is about 2% black undergrads. Grad school (Boston College) has about 4%.

4. It's the same thing at regular season games and the same at the professional level

in all sports (hockey and golf excluded since there are very few minorities playing those sports).
