I'm not going to feel sorry for him. He is rich as shit. He makes more money from his commercials than he does playing. And I think, given time, that all his physical problems will heal enough not to bother him much.

That said, Kubiak later said that he should not have even started Manning. I guess they'll drag him out one more time to get that last win. But he is done.

(41,692 posts)QB's eventually hit a wall---every great QB from the past has done that. Shit---Marino fell off a cliff at the end.
Payton has hit the wall---oh sure, he may have a tiny bit of juice left for one or two good showings---I doubt that... but he has hit the wall.
With that said--- dude has proved me wrong before.
