I know you were all worried, but there's now good tennis news...

LONDON, June 16 (Reuters) - Rafa Nadal's return to form was stopped in its tracks when he lost his opening match at the Aegon Championships to Ukraine's Alexandr Dolgopolov 6-3 6-7(6) 6-4 on Tuesday.

The Spaniard arrived in London fresh from winning the Stuttgart grasscourt title last week, but his game misfired at crucial moments against the tricky Dolgopolov.

Fifth seed Nadal, who won the prestigious Queen's Club tournament in 2008 but has stayed away in recent years because of issues with the British tax system, saved a match point in the second set tiebreak and seemed to have taken control in the deciding set when he broke early.

However, Dolgopolov produced a stunning drop volley to break back for 4-4 and crunched consecutive winners, one a searing backhand return and the other a threaded forehand down the line, to seal victory when Nadal served to stay alive.

Dolgopolov, who now has consecutive wins against Nadal, plays another Spaniard, Guillermo Garcia-Lopez, in the second round.

Roger beat Gulbis in straight sets.

Stan lost, but that doesn't surprise me...I don't think he'll be a factor on grass.

Roger won, as did the Limey Bastard, but in different grass tournaments...Kei is in Roger's tourney, and he's the #2 seed, so if they both win tommorrow, that will be the final.

Roger beat Ivo 7-6, 7-6, not a surprise...Ivo beats people on his serve, but Roger seems to beat him because he plays the big points in the tie-breaker better...on to the finals!

Roger won his 8th Gerry Webber..people forget there are NO master series on grass, and he has twice as many grass court tournament wins that the next in line...his Masters total would be out of reach.

The Limey bastard finished his semi today then beat Kevin Anderson for the AEGON title; women's title went to Angelique Kerber, 7-6 in the third.

Actually, I really think it's Djoker's to lose, but if he loses focus, I think Roger could get #8. No one else is really lighting it up out there right now...Stan won't win on grass and the Limey Bastard is winning, but he hasn't played anyone yet.
