2. Grow your own..

and though Peyton Manning is a MMJ product, Colorado's Amendment 64 allows for the cultivation of up to 6 plants just for recreational use alone. Unfortunately, that's not the case here in Washington state..

4. I bet the NFL and Manning weren't too happy about this either..

this billboard was placed right in front of the stadium before the Broncos opening game..

Times are changing...

6. Given that this is still a banned substance in the NFL

I can't imagine a lawyer hasn't already been called.

7. A lawyer for what?

It's a billboard promoting a legal product, accurately stating it's safer than alcohol, and suggesting to the NFL it's time to update their policies. I'm also pretty sure the billboard was approved in advance..

9. There's a football in the picture...

I agree they probably don't have a case, but that won't stop them from trying to intimidate the people that put this up. You don't think the NFL will send a lawyer (or at least a letter) down to the people at MarijuanaPolicy.org suggesting that this ad outside a football stadium projects some sort of implied coordination or consent from the NFL, harming their "brand"?

As for the Payton Manning weed, I don't think that lawyer will have a hard time making the case.

The artists made Peyton's forehead way too small.
