Click on the image of any book and it should open in an Internet book reader.

At the top of the reader is a download icon (downward-pointing arrow) click on it to download the book.

Not all books are downloadable, and the search function seems to be a little obscure at times, but there's a lot to be found just be browsing the subject categories.
