he might still decide to carry his much lighter and usually more compact .380. The larger and heavier the firearm the more pain it is to carry. On the other hand after having actually been in a gun fight he might decide to upgrade his carry weapon to a more powerful one.

If I were the owner of the internet cafe I would offer to buy him another firearm of his choice as long as it wasn't some custom weapon that would cost several thousand dollars and also give him free internet access and coffee for life.
