Woman, 26, driving down Milwaukee highway is shot dead by child in backseat

A 26-year-old woman driving down a Milwaukee highway was shot and killed by a child in the backseat who got his or her hands on a gun, police said.

The unidentified woman was pronounced dead on scene after deputies got the call of a crash around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 175 southbound near Vliet Street, the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

“Initial witness accounts indicate that a child in the back seat of the vehicle got ahold of a gun and discharged the firearm, sending a single bullet into the driver’s back,” the department said in a statement. “The MCSO investigation into the death is on-going.”

It’s unclear how old the child is or how he or she got ahold of the gun.

MSM is MUCH MORE LIKELY to publicize kids killed by guns than by

Electrocution
Falls
Drowning
Poisoning
etc.

...all of which kill far more children. So, yes, you will hear this "several times over the last couple of years."
