I work in law enforcement. There is quite a bit of truth here. My thoughts: I see daily the misery that is heroin. I can't see any scenario where it would be legalized. I think heroin dealers should be locked up. I like to see the users diverted to "Drug Court" and into treatment programs. Drug Court lowers the recidivism rates, which is our ultimate goal.
