Breast Cancer Awareness Bracelets Ban in School Struck Down by Court, Appealed, Upheld [VIDEO]

In Counterpoint PA's homage to Keith Olbermann, the Worst Pennsylvanians of the Week, I take on a school that banned "I Heart Boobies" breast cancer awareness bracelets, had their ban struck down by a court for violating free speech rights, appealed the ruling and had their defeat upheld.
