D-day full day CBS radio broadcast

It starts with the interruption of regular broadcast with rumors from nazi wireless broadcast and goes on with Eisenhower speaking from London. They have a report from a reporter who was imbedded with the troops and was in one of the planes where they were parachuting into Normandy.There is a speech from Churchill. They have a military expert discussing tactics. It was amazing what they had in real time back in 1944. They have heads of states from Norway and the Netherlands speaking to their people about the resistance. It makes me wonder how relatives of the soldiers felt listening to this and parts of the broadcast went to the European countries under nazi control and were translated into English by CBS. It's mostly in "real time".
I find it addictive. I've gotten through about a third of it. I'm not sure what more fascinating stuff is in there. It's very intense.
