did not sell. The tenants were high income people, with a little dog. When they moved out, there was no dog damage. But they moved in a teenage relative without telling me, who made hundreds of holes in redwood paneling, and contrary to our lease agreement smoked in the house and left it smelling horrible, among many other damages. I’d rather have dogs than people as tenants!

I have traveled more than a little with my dog, there have been a lot of times when other guests have kept me from sleeping well with their noise, with the hotel being full of dogs there for an agility competition who were disturbing no one, and several breeds that are good at agility generally like the sound of their own voices! But it is easier to train dogs to behave than people, LOL.
