Any tips on unloading a lot of old tools?

Cleaning out Dad's work bench where he has zillions of hand tools (some left to him by his dad, father in law, etc). I mean, there must be 50 box wrenches and 50 screwdrivers just for starters.
Then there's buckets of screws and bolts.
Also a few basic power tools.

Where do I start looking for a home for them? Proceeds go to my mom.
(My preference would be for someone to back a truck up to my garage and haul them away.)

and hoping a backyard garage mechanic or small shop wants them.

When my dad died, I just opened the garage and told the neighbors to take what they wanted. They did clean it out quite a bit.
