....and it is delicious.

Paul Newman salad dressing has a sesame ginger dressing that's good.

And there are others out there.

I replicated the salad a couple of years ago for a family party, and it was yummy and well received.

Even their "Light" version is really good. I use both Ken's and Newman's Own more on leftover veggies than I do on salads. They're delicious on cold, steamed (or grilled or roasted) broccoli and asparagus. And, they make a good dressing for Asian-style coleslaw.
