Has anyone replicated Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad?

I love that stuff, but can't find the right dressing to go with it, or a recipe for it that quite matches what they use. Anyone have suggestions?

2. by the way, Panera also has an oriental chicken salad...

....and it is delicious.

Paul Newman salad dressing has a sesame ginger dressing that's good.

And there are others out there.

I replicated the salad a couple of years ago for a family party, and it was yummy and well received.

3. Ken' Steakhouse has a good Asian Sesame, too.

Even their "Light" version is really good. I use both Ken's and Newman's Own more on leftover veggies than I do on salads. They're delicious on cold, steamed (or grilled or roasted) broccoli and asparagus. And, they make a good dressing for Asian-style coleslaw.
