What's for Dinner, Wed., Oct. 21, 2020

Spatchcocked chicken roasted with garlic, thyme, parsley.

Potatoes with cream sauce.

Cherry tomatoes and cucumbers for salad.

Dessert: ginger tea and shortbread cookies with D'arbo apricot fruit spread.

sourdough bread and
baked cabbage with onions

Emptying the fridge.

Maybe some pineapple and cottage cheese or yogurt later.

FLFC is still working on his McNuggets and burger. He enjoyed some apple earlier.

As I was typing this, he expressed a strong feeling. Woe, woe is him. After some discussion with him, I determined that he has a need for his dessert of a fake bacon treat. Now he is telling me loudly that one small treat is not enough.
