Working on a pork roast...

I marinaded with McCormick Applewood Smoke and rotisserie broiled. I want to machine slice and rewarm in gravy for sandwiches. That said I have no pork gravy. I do have beef, chicken, and turkey gravy. Would any of those compliment this roast?

2. Use the Chix Gravy

and stir in some of your Pork Drippings if you can. Mashed Potato's,Veggie, try a bit of Cranberry Sauce, really brings out the true flavor of the Pork. Finish with a Mixed Salad, really cleans the Palate and you will savor all those great flavors.

5. I would combine them!

when I need a pork broth or flavor I usually use chicken and beef mixed with a little more chicken than beef.

heck, throw in some turkey too!

6. No gravy on roast pork sandwiches. Just hellman's mayo and salt and pepoer.

Really - try it.
