2. pizza

doctored-up frozen supreme pizza. I'll have 1/2 apple for dessert.

Dad and Sis got roasted pork tenderloin, acorn squash baked with butter and brown sugar, and steamed cauliflower & broccoli.

6. On the days that I cook for Dad & Sis

I tend to keep things at my home as simple as I can. As much as I like to cook, that doesn't mean I want to make 2 big dinners in one evening.

carrots...pumpkin custard for dessert with a cappuccino.

5. Chicken noodle soup

Too busy to cook much the last few weeks. On New Year Day I made a tuna & noodle casserole and a tater-tot breakfast casserole so I would have some good leftovers to warm up on late days getting home.
