What's for Dinner, Tues., Oct. 8, 2019

Pasta fagioli as soup. Slice of cornbread.

Lamb chops with cracked peppercorns.

Baby arugula with toasted pine nuts, shaved parmesan, and cherry tomatoes.

For dessert, halved pears with melted chocolate drizzled over them.

Although Peter lives in Los Angeles, he’s visiting his father in Connecticut so I’m taking MetroNorth to spend the evening reminiscing about our teenage years.

I suspect we’ll have classic steakhouse meals consisting of beef filets, potatoes and salads/vegetables. Hopefully, a tasty dessert, too.

My cardiologist would be pissed! I certainly won’t tell the Landlady(!).

not cook the mean first, but stuffed the peppers raw...didn't use rice...homemade tomato sauce and some cheese on top...turned out great...We had (what else)zucchini muffins and fruit with them. All was gluten free.
