Very late to this...damn medicine. What is for Breakfast Saturday 9-21

I am having tea and toast and maybe a soft boiled egg...starving! Food poisoning is the worst. Hope you all have a great day. sorry for the delay in the thread.

1. Coffee with cream

Half an avocado

Two Cream cheese balls 1 TB each, rolled in finely chopped pecans

Applesauce and bananas might be helpful. I had: cottage cheese, English muffin, V-8 juice, coffee and cream.

3. I made an omelette

For the filling, I used garden vegetables: zucchini, tomato, sliced red onion, and red and yellow peppers. I put in basil, rosemary, and sage. To the eggs, I added shredded cheddar cheese. As an accompaniment, I used pepper onion sauce to spice it up a bit.

I predict you'll be better soon, Demsrule--those antibiotics should kick in soon.

5. I am starving ...your breakfast sounds divine. I am better. I just hate being sick. And I have ADHD

so medicine hits me in unexpected ways...like sleeping 10-12 hours.
